Ingredients
 

  • 400 g Chicken breast fillets
  • 1 Pc. Fresh onion
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  • 450 g Asian stir-fried vegetables TK
  • 2 liter Vegetable broth
  • 2 cm Fresh ginger
  • 100 g Mie noodles
  • Cayenne pepper

Instructions
 

  • Rinse off the meat, pat dry and cut into cubes. Peel the onion and ginger and chop finely. Fry the meat, onion and ginger in a saucepan in hot oil. Add the frozen vegetables and fry briefly. Pour the stock on top, bring to the boil and cook for about 5-8 minutes . Simmer and season with cayenne pepper. Add the pasta in the last 5 minutes and let it cook. And serve.
