Quick Tomato Mozzarella Pasta

  • 250 g Pasta of your choice
  • 3 Tomatoes, wash, remove stem casing, dice
  • 2 Pck Mozzarella, dice
  • Some basil leaves, wash and pluck
  • Fresh herbs of your choice
  • 2 Eßl Olive oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 4 Slices of jalapenos


  • Cook the pasta in a saucepan with salted water according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and drain.
  • Now put the tomatoes, mozzarella cubes, basil and herbs in a large bowl, mix with olive oil. Finally, season with salt, pepper and jalapenos. Good Appetite
