Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 1,000 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 2 lemons
  • oregano
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the chicken into strips and marinate with lemon juice, pepper to taste, and plenty of oregano for about an hour. Thread them onto shish kebab skewers in a wavy pattern and grill them until crispy. Then season with salt. This includes everything the Greeks eat with it.
