Chicken strips in paprika cream

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta
  • 250 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 2 bell peppers, yellow and red
  • 250 ml milk
  • 2 packs of processed cheese, paprika or cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tbsp broth, granulated
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tsp sour cream
  • Garlic

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Dice the chicken breast and bell pepper and sauté. Season with salt, pepper, garlic, and broth, dust with flour, and sauté briefly. Deglaze with milk, add the diced processed cheese, and simmer over low heat for about 5 minutes. Then stir in the sour cream and season to taste. Drain the pasta, stir into the sauce, and let it simmer for another 2 minutes.
