Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 turkey breast fillet(s) (chicken breast fillet)
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 3 carrots
- salt water
- some sugar
- Paprika powder, sweet
- salt and pepper
- nutmeg
- e.g. vegetable broth
- e.g. milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
This recipe is also very suitable as a food combining menu
Cut the fillets into coarse strips and season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Then fry over high heat until golden brown, then cover and cook for a few more minutes. Meanwhile, peel the carrots and also cut them into strips. Cook in salted water with a little sugar until tender. Trim the leek, slice it into rings, and cook it in vegetable stock. Add nutmeg and a splash of milk and simmer for another 5 minutes.
