Chicken strips with tagliatelle

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 500 g chicken breast
  • n. B. Clarified butter for frying
  • 3 spring onions
  • 100 ml cream
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp marjoram
  • 150 ml water
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1 tsp vegetable stock powder

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the pasta in salted water according to the package instructions. Cut the chicken breast into strips and fry in clarified butter. Finely chop the spring onions and fry them with the chicken breast, adding salt and seasoning. Combine the water with the flour and broth, then add 100 ml of cream. Mix everything together. Add to the pan and simmer for about 5-8 minutes. Then turn off the heat and season to taste. You can either mix the sauce with the pasta or pour it over the pasta. Tip: You can use the pasta water instead of tap water for the sauce.
