Rice and Tomato Pan (vegan)
The perfect rice and tomato pan (vegan) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 125 g Pointed long grain rice
- 4 small Cherry tomatoes
- 1 small Onion
- 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce dark
- 1 tbsp Salt pepper
- Cook the rice according to the instructions. Heat the oil in a pan. Peel the onion, dice it and brown it in the oil. Add the rice and soy sauce and fry for another 5 minutes.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper. Wash and add the tomatoes. Heat everything together for about 1 minute and then serve.
