Green Salad (vegan)

The perfect green salad (vegan) recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Mixed salad
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 1 tbsp Walnut oil
  • 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Chopped parsley
  • 1 tsp Salt, pepper, sugar
  1. Arrange the salad in a bowl.
  2. For the dressing, mix together the two oils, the vinegar, the parsley and a little salt, pepper and sugar. Drizzle the salad with the dressing, mix and serve.
