Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 head of broccoli
- salt water
- 8 mushrooms
- 400 g chicken fillet(s), cut into strips
- e.g. teriyaki sauce
- e.g. soy sauce
- salt and pepper
- a little oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Marinate the chicken breast strips with salt, pepper, soy sauce, and teriyaki sauce and let them simmer. Meanwhile, chop the broccoli and cook briefly (about 3-5 minutes) in salted water until it’s still firm to the bite. Halve or quarter the mushrooms. Sear the chicken strips in a little oil, add the mushrooms and broccoli, and cook briefly.
