Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 220 g turkey breast without skin
- 200 g bell pepper(s), red or yellow
- 160 g mushrooms
- 60 g onion(s)
- 80 g light feta cheese
- salt and pepper
- chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 50 minutes
Turkey, peppers, mushrooms, onions, feta – low carb and high in protein
Rinse the turkey, pat dry, and cut into 0.5 cm wide strips. Arrange the strips in a plate, season with pepper, and sprinkle with chili. Finely dice the onion and sauté in a dry pan until translucent. Quarter the mushrooms and add to the onions. Finely slice the bell pepper and add to the pan. Remove from the pan and scatter the turkey strips in the pan. Sauté for 1 minute, turn, and season with salt. Add the vegetables and continue sautéing. Finely dice the feta and add to the pan. When the feta begins to melt, serve.
