Chicken Wings Bowl

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g chicken wings, seasoned
  • 200 g cucumber(s)
  • 200 g tomatoes
  • 300 g jacket potatoes
  • 1 small can of corn
  • 50 g vinegar, e.g. B. Condimento bianco
  • 25 g sunflower oil
  • 1 dashes honey, liquid
  • some mustard
  • 1 pinch of garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cook the chicken wings in the oven or on the grill for about 30 minutes. In the meantime, chop the cucumber and tomatoes and place them in a bowl. Add the corn. Peel the potatoes, dice them, and fry them at medium heat until crispy. Add the fried potatoes to the bowl. Combine the oil, vinegar, mustard, honey, and garlic in a container and shake vigorously. Pour the sauce over the cucumbers, tomatoes, corn, and fried potatoes in the bowl. Add the cooked chicken wings to the bowl. Enjoy the chicken wings bowl with a glass of Chardonnay Alto Adige.
