Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 120 g flour
- 1 tsp, heaped chili powder
- 1 tsp, heaped black pepper, freshly ground
- 1 tsp, heaped garlic powder
- 1 kg chicken wings, preferably without wing tips or chicken drumsticks
- 250 ml BBQ sauce, can be hot
- 125 ml honey

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

This recipe can be prepared in the oven or on a gas grill. Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F). Mix the flour with the spices and coat the chicken pieces in it. Place the chicken on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven for 45 minutes, turning once during the baking process, or place it in aluminum trays on the grill (closed). Mix the BBQ sauce and honey together, coat the chicken pieces in it, and finish baking for another 8-10 minutes at 260°C (500°F). This dish goes well with anything you’d use with spare ribs or other finger foods.
