Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg chicken breast fillet(s)
- Salt
- 3 eggs
- 100 g Parmesan, grated
- 100 g breadcrumbs
- 1 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp chives, finely chopped
- ½ tsp pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
First, cut the chicken breast fillets into approximately 5 cm pieces and season with salt. Whisk the eggs in a deep plate. Mix the Parmesan cheese, breadcrumbs, herbs, and pepper in a second deep plate. First coat the chicken pieces in the egg, then in the Parmesan breading, and then deep-fry in oil on all sides.
