Chicken with peppers

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 large red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 large bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 large green bell pepper(s)
  • 500 g chicken
  • n. B. spice(s)
  • Fat, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the chicken into small pieces and fry. Dice the bell peppers and add them. Fry everything together until tender and season to taste. This takes about 10-15 minutes. It goes very well with curry sauce and potato wedges.
