Chicken with rosemary and garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 chicken or meat rooster
  • 0.2 liters of dry white wine
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 can/n tomatoes
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Wash the chicken, dry it, and cut it into 6 pieces. Brown it without oil and add the wine. Once the wine has completely evaporated, fry the chopped rosemary needles and crushed garlic briefly (!) in the oil. Now add the tomatoes, season with salt, and mix well. Cook over low heat for one hour. Delicious with bread or rice.
