Chicken with sesame

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g chicken breasts
  • 2 stalk(s) leek, the white part
  • 150 g soybeans
  • 2 tbsp sesame seeds
  • basil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • Honey
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Cut the chicken breast into thin strips. Season with salt and pepper and fry in a pan with half the oil for 5 minutes until golden brown. Add the sesame seeds and stir for 1 minute. Drizzle with the soy sauce and drizzle with a teaspoon of honey. Keep warm. Heat the remaining oil in a pan and sauté the leek, cut into very thin strips, for about 7 minutes. Add the soybeans and cook for another 2 minutes. Mix the leek with the chicken breast and divide among the plates.
