Chicken with spaghetti

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g peas
  • 250 g tomatoes (small party tomatoes)
  • 300 g mushrooms
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • 200 g chicken breast fillet(s)
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 200g spaghetti
  • 1 tbsp pine nuts
  • 100 ml chicken broth

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the chicken breast into strips, fry in oil, then add salt and pepper. Add the peas, halved tomatoes, and quartered mushrooms, fry, and add the broth. Cook for about 10 minutes. Cook the spaghetti in salted water for about 8 minutes. Toast the pine nuts in a dry pan. Combine the roasted chicken, vegetables, and spaghetti. Serve on a plate, garnish with chives and pine nuts, and you’re done.
