Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 servings of chicken breast fillet(s) or turkey breast
- 2 tomatoes
- 400 g cream cheese
- 4 tsp mustard
- salt and pepper
- Paprika powder or roast chicken seasoning
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces or strips. Season with either roast chicken seasoning or salt, pepper, and paprika. Mix the cream cheese with the mustard until creamy. Season to taste with salt and pepper, and a little more mustard if desired. Deseed the tomatoes, dice them, and stir them into the cream cheese mixture. Lightly brown the meat in a large nonstick pan. Preheat the oven to 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit). Once the meat is seared, add the cream cheese mixture. Let it brown and fry a little to give the dish some flavor. Then season everything again and return it to the oven for 10 minutes. Serve with rice, spaetzle, or pasta.
