- 500 g turkey breast
- 1 broccoli
- 4 small sweet potatoes
- 2 small zucchini
- 1 bell pepper
- 40 ml olive oil
- salt and pepper

quick and easy
Chop the vegetables, except for the sweet potatoes, and spread them out on a baking sheet. Rub the chicken with salt and pepper and add it. Preheat the oven to 150°C. Drizzle the olive oil over the vegetables and chicken and season with a little salt. Season to taste. Check the chicken occasionally to see when it’s done. It takes about 20 minutes. Serve with teriyaki sauce.
