Chicken with Zucchini-lemon Sauce

- 500 g Chicken breast fillet
- 3 Zucchini
- 300 ml Broth
- 100 ml Milk or cream
- 1 Lemon — juice
- 1 Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper
- Dill
- Wash the chicken breast, pat dry, cut into strips and fry in a pan with hot oil, season with salt and pepper.
- Wash the zucchini, cut into thin slices and add to the pan.
- Now pour in the broth and let it simmer until the zucchini is cooked through
- Add milk or cream, season with lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper and finally add the dill. If you want, you can thicken it a little.
