Chicken with Zucchini-lemon Sauce

The perfect chicken with zucchini-lemon sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Chicken breast fillet
  • 3 Zucchini
  • 300 ml Broth
  • 100 ml Milk or cream
  • 1 Lemon — juice
  • 1 Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Dill
  1. Wash the chicken breast, pat dry, cut into strips and fry in a pan with hot oil, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash the zucchini, cut into thin slices and add to the pan.
  3. Now pour in the broth and let it simmer until the zucchini is cooked through
  4. Add milk or cream, season with lemon juice, sugar, salt and pepper and finally add the dill. If you want, you can thicken it a little.
