Heimi’s Pasta Salad
The perfect heimi’s pasta salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
Aside from that
- 50 g Walnuts
- 3 Pickled gherkins pickled. drained
- 1 Can Peas ATGW 140g
- 3 Boiled eggs
- 3 Tomatoes
- 150 g Kassler
- 1 Onions small
- 1 Clove of garlic
- 200 g Cottage cheese
- 3 tbsp Vinegar
- 4 tbsp Oil
- 1 tsp Vegeta
- Salt, pepper to taste
- Boil the pasta with a bite.
- Roughly chop the walnuts, cut the cucumber, eggs, tomatoes and smoked pork into a bowl, add the peas, then the cooked pasta.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic, then add the cottage cheese, vinegar and oil. Season everything well and mix the salad, it should steep for at least 1 hour.
- I chose cottage cheese as the light version.
