Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small can of chickpeas
- 1 small zucchini
- 1 m.-sized egg(s)
- ½ onion(s)
- Breadcrumbs
- herbal salt
- pepper
- chili powder
- Oil for frying

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Drain and puree the chickpeas, dice the onion, and slice the zucchini into sticks. Place everything in a bowl, add the egg and seasonings (to taste), and mix thoroughly. Add the breadcrumbs and mix thoroughly. If the mixture is still too sticky, add more breadcrumbs. Heat a pan with oil. Form patties and fry them on both sides in the hot pan. Serve with a fresh salad or use as a patty on a veggie burger.
