Chicory Boat
The perfect chicory boat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
chicory
- 1 piston Chicory white
- 1 piston Chicory red
cream
- 200 g Gorgonzola
- 100 g Cream cheese
- 2 Garlic cloves
- 2 Spring onions
- Salt
- Pepper
aside from that
- Mango
- 6 small Tomatoes
- Walnuts
- Parsely
chicory
- Clean the chicory, cut in half, remove the bitter stalk, loosen the leaves and place them alternately on a board
cream
- Beat the Gorgonzola with the cream cheese until smooth, peel the garlic and cut into small pieces.
- Clean the spring onion, cut into small rings and add to the cream with the garlic, salt and pepper and stir well.
aside from that
- Peel the mango, cut into small cubes and cut the tomatoes in half
Serving
- Put the gorgonzola cream in the middle of the chicory, put tomatoes all around, top with mango and walnuts
- Finally sprinkle with parsley and enjoy
