Chicory Pineapple Salad

The perfect chicory pineapple salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

salad

  • 2 piston Chicory
  • 1 Tangerine
  • 2 Discs Pineapple
  • 2 tablespoon Cranberries

dressing

  • 2 tablespoon Pineapple juice
  • 1 tablespoon Yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Curry
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper

to sprinkle

  • 2 tablespoon Walnuts

  1. Wash the chicory, cut in half, remove the stalk and cut into thin strips.
  2. Peel the tangerine, drain the pineapple and cut both into small pieces.
  3. Now mix everything well with the cranberries in a bowl.

dressing

  1. Mix the pineapple juice with the yoghurt, oil, curry, salt and pepper well, spread over the salad – mix in everything

Serving

  1. Put the salad on a plate and sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
