Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 white cabbage (600 – 800 g)
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 carrot(s)
- ½ kg plum(s)
- ½ bunch chives
- 1 lemon(s), the juice
- salt and pepper
- Sugar
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Finely grate the white cabbage (Jarama cabbage, pointed cabbage, or young cabbage is best) and season with salt, then let it rest briefly. Finely grate the carrot, finely chop the onion and chives. Pit the plums and cut them into wedges. Combine all ingredients and season with lemon juice, salt, pepper, sugar, and oil.
