Chicory salad with mandarin orange

Ingredients for 10 servings:

  • 600 g yogurt (3.5% fat)
  • 200 g cream cheese, grainy
  • 2 small cans of tangerine(s)
  • 3 chicory
  • some walnuts, chopped
  • Lemon pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Fresh, fruity, healthy, easy and quick to prepare side salad

Cut the chicory into 0.5 cm thick slices. Drain the mandarins. Combine the yogurt, cream cheese, and mandarins with the walnuts, and add a little more mandarin juice, if desired. Season with lemon pepper. Mix the dressing with the chicory and serve.
