Chicory salad with tuna and cheese

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 2 large chicory
  • 125 g cheese (Gouda or Emmental)
  • 1 can tuna, in its own juice
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • 1 small onion(s), red
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • ½ lemon(s), the juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cut the chicory into strips. Dice the cheese, onion, and gherkin. Shred the tuna and mix all the ingredients. Mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, sour cream, salt, pepper, and parsley into a sauce and stir into the salad.
