Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 4 chicory leaves
- nutmeg
- 3 tbsp oil
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Hard-boil the eggs and cut them into small cubes. Wash the chicory. Distribute the egg cubes among the chicory leaves. Season with nutmeg and drizzle with a little oil. Add salt to taste.
