Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g powdered sugar
  • 2 packets of vanilla sugar
  • ¼ liter eggnog
  • ¼ liter of oil
  • 125 g flour
  • 125 g potato flour
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • Butter, for the mold

Beat the eggs, powdered sugar, and vanilla sugar until frothy, preferably with a mixer, until bubbles form and the mixture is smooth. Add the egg liqueur and oil. Combine the potato flour, baking powder, and flour, then add and mix everything together. Pour the batter into a buttered baking pan. Bake for approximately 80-90 minutes at 160°C. Tip: Once the cake has cooled, you can decorate it with powdered sugar or glaze it with chocolate, if desired. For a full baking sheet, you’ll need double the amount of ingredients.
