Roasted noodle soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g noodles (soup), small mussels
  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 500 ml water
  • 2 cubes of meat broth, clear
  • 500 ml milk
  • 1 bunch of chives
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Toast the soup noodles in the butter until evenly browned. Then deglaze with the water and add the clear broth. Simmer the soup until the noodles are tender, about 10 minutes. Now add the milk and garnish with the chives. My mother used 1 liter of water and then seasoned with canned milk.
