Children’s Birthday Party: Cucumber Crocodile, Sausage Caterpillar and Clown Meatballs

The perfect children’s birthday party: cucumber crocodile, sausage caterpillar and clown meatballs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Cucumber crocodile

  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 250 g Grapes blue
  • 250 g Gouda cheese
  • 1 disc Salami
  • 2 small Capers

Sausage caterpillar

  • 1 Glass Mini Vienna sausages
  • 2 Handful Leaf lettuce
  • 6 piece Mini mozzarella balls
  • 6 piece Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 bunch Parsley crispy fresh
  • Fresh cress
  • 1 tsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Mayonnaise
  • Toothpick
  • Capers

Clown meatballs

  • 5 piece Meatballs
  • 2 piece Filled with olives
  • 0,5 piece Red peppers
  • 5 piece Baby corn
  • 2 disc Toast
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise

Cucumber crocodile

  1. Cut the cucumber lengthways so that the cucumber cannot roll away. Cut a third of the cucumber in the middle from one end and cut out small triangles for the teeth on both halves. To keep the crocodile’s mouth open, place half a bunch of grapes in the throat.
  2. Roll up a slice of salami for the tongue and place halfway in the mouth. Skewer gouda blankets and grapes on a toothpick and decorate the back with them.
  3. For the eyes, cut the mini mozzarella ball in half and place on the head with a toothpick and caper. For the feet, cut 4 small pieces from the cucumber clippings, cut out small triangles and place them on both sides of the cucumber crocodile. Finished.

Sausage caterpillar

  1. Spread the lettuce on a plate and distribute the sausages on top. Make small cuts in the tomatoes and mini mozzarella balls in order to stick parsley bunches in them. For the faces, decorate the tomatoes and mini mozzarella balls with mayonnaise and small capers. Finished.

Clown meatballs

  1. Cover the meatballs with the finely chopped ingredients so that a face is created. Use a dab of mayonnaise to fix the tip of the mini corn cobs as a nose. Cut pointed hats and bow ties from the toast for the clown heads and decorate with small pieces of paprika, olives and lamb’s lettuce. Finished.
