Chili – banana – yogurt

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g natural yogurt
  • 125 ml cream
  • ½ tsp red chili pepper(s), finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 m.-large banana(s), ripe
  • 1 chili pepper(s), red or green, cut into rings

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Pour the yogurt into a glass bowl and whisk until smooth. Gradually add the cream, whisking well after each addition. Stir in the finely chopped red chili and season with salt. Peel and evenly chop the bananas, fold them into the yogurt mixture, and mix well. Garnish with red or green chili rings and serve chilled. A great accompaniment to any spicy curry.
