Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pack of butter (room temperature)
  • 1 chili pepper(s), red
  • 1 lime(s), the juice
  • 1 tsp paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 chili pepper(s), green

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

e.g. with grilled steaks

Halve and deseed the chili peppers. Then remove the membranes and finely chop them – ideally, finely chop them. Cream the butter in a food processor until fluffy and add the finely chopped chili. Blend well with the food processor. Season to taste with salt, pepper, and lime juice.
