Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of pizza dough (refrigerated section)
- 90 g cream cheese (Philadelphia Jalapeño)
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- 250 g minced beef
- ½ onion(s), diced
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. paprika powder
- e.g. basil
- e.g. chili
- e.g. cayenne pepper
- ½ bell pepper(s), diced
- 20 g jalapeño(s) (depending on desired spiciness),
- 150 g Cheddar cheese
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Spread the pizza dough on a wire rack or baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Spread a layer of cream cheese and a layer of tomato paste on top. Brown the ground beef and onions in a pan until well browned, then season with spices to taste. Add the diced bell pepper and heat briefly. Spread the mixture over the pizza. Arrange the (chopped) jalapeños over the pizza and sprinkle the cheese over them. Bake the pizza for about 20 minutes in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) until crispy. Tastes perfect with garlic sauce. 2 servings equal 1 pizza.
