Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 tsp olive oil
  • 300 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 large onions
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 3 tsp tomato paste
  • 200 ml meat broth or vegetable broth
  • 1 small can of kidney beans
  • 1 small can of tomato paste
  • salt and pepper
  • herbs, French

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Heat oil in a pan and brown the minced meat. Add the chopped onions and bell peppers. Add the crushed garlic clove and tomato paste. Pour in the meat broth and simmer, covered, for 10-15 minutes. Now add the beans and tomatoes and let them simmer with the herbs and spices for 5 minutes. Serve with rice.
