Chili con Carne Taco Salad

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 bag of spice mix (chili, e.g. taco)
  • 2 cans kidney beans
  • 1 can/n tomatoes
  • 3 bell peppers, cleaned, cut into cubes
  • 2 cans of corn kernels
  • Iceberg lettuce, cleaned, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • some cheese, grated
  • some crème fraîche
  • Sauce (salsa sauce)
  • Tortilla(s) (chips)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Brown the ground beef and add chili seasoning. Add the beans and tomatoes. Add the diced bell peppers to the pan. Finally, add the corn to the pan. Slice the iceberg lettuce and arrange it on one side of the plate. Spread the sauce with crème fraîche and grated cheese on the other side. Serve with salsa sauce and tortilla chips.
