Chili-Feta Spread

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 pack of feta cheese (approx. 200g)
  • 2 tomatoes, dried
  • 1 tsp tomato paste (for the color)
  • olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 chili pepper(s) (depending on your preference)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Crumble the feta and add it to a bowl with the olive oil, then mix into a sticky paste. The amount of oil depends on the consistency of the feta; use more oil for drier feta, less for moister feta. Finely chop the garlic, tomatoes, and chilies and mix with the tomato paste. Finally, season with salt and pepper.
