Chili fish with coriander from the oven

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g fish, cod fillet, frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • 4 spring onions, finely sliced
  • 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
  • 2 chili peppers, diced red (fresh)
  • 1 lime(s), untreated
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 bunch of coriander leaves

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quite simple, from stock

Oil an ovenproof dish, place the frozen cod in it, and season with salt and pepper on both sides. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Mix the spring onion rings, garlic, and chili, and sprinkle over the fish. Thinly slice the washed lime and place it on top. Drizzle with 4 tablespoons of oil. Roast in the center of the oven for 20 minutes. Sprinkle with finely chopped coriander before serving.
