Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g tuna steak(s)
- 2 cloves garlic
- 200 ml olive oil
- 4 sprigs rosemary
- ½ tsp chili
- 3 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt and pepper, white, from the mill
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 12 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 12 hours 10 minutes
Combine all the marinade ingredients, pour it over the tuna steak, and marinate overnight in the refrigerator. Heat a little of the marinade in a pan and fry the tuna steak over high heat for about 1-2 minutes on each side. Serve with salad and baguette.
