Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 spring onions, cut into rings
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • 4 tomatoes, peeled, finely diced
  • 1 cucumber(s) (mini cucumber), peeled, pitted, diced
  • 1 chili pepper(s), deseeded, cut into small rings
  • 300 g crabs, marinated with
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice and Tabasco to taste
  • Coriander leaves
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

– without cream and mayo –

Mix everything together and let it sit for at least 1 hour.
