Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg mushrooms
- 50 g butter
- 5 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1 chili pepper(s), fresh red, pitted and finely chopped
- some lemon juice
- n. B. Salt
- n. B. Pepper, black freshly ground
- some parsley
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

Heat olive oil and butter in a pan. Add mushrooms, chili, and garlic. Sauté over medium heat for about 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently. Season with lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Serve mushrooms in warmed bowls.
