Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml oil (sunflower oil)
  • 2 chili peppers, fresh, red

Instructions

ready for use

Wash the chili peppers, remove the stems, and roughly chop the seeds. Combine the oil and chopped chili pepper in a blender and puree. Pour the oil through a fine sieve and pour into a bottle. It can be used for frying, grilling, and seasoning. Store leftovers in the refrigerator.
