- 100 g crème fraîche
- 3 gherkins, diced
- 1 onion(s), finely diced
- 1 bell pepper(s), red, diced
- Salt
- pepper
- Paprika powder
- Cayenne pepper

Mash the Camembert well with a fork and mix with the crème fraîche. Add the remaining ingredients and mix well. Season generously to taste. Serve with buttered farmhouse bread.
