Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
simple, ideal for using leftovers
Brown the minced meat with the finely chopped onion in a pan. Add the corn and chili beans with the sauce. Prepare as a chili and season to taste. You can adjust the spiciness to your own taste, e.g. season with chili oil, fresh chili, or chili powder. Cut the red bell peppers in half from top to bottom and clean them. Place them in a baking dish and fill with the cooked chili. Then scatter some chips on top and sprinkle with cheese. Bake in a preheated oven at approx. 180 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes. The time can vary depending on the size of the bell peppers. We prefer it shorter so the bell peppers still have some bite.
