Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 8 sausages (grilled sausages)
  • 2 bell peppers, red and green
  • 2 onions
  • 2 gr. can/n tomatoes, chopped
  • 2 gr. can/n chili beans
  • 1 gr. can/n peas or corn
  • curry powder
  • chili powder
  • Paprika powder, sweet
  • salt and pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Dice the onions and bell peppers, place them in a large pot, and sauté in oil. Then add the sliced ​​sausage and fry. Add the tomatoes, chili beans, and peas with their juices and simmer for 10 minutes. Season to taste, stirring constantly. Serve with sour cream and dark bread.
