Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 3 tbsp coconut oil
- 3 small carrots
- 300 g soy shreds
- 1 pack of Knorr Naturally Delicious Chili con Carne (seasoning base)
- 300 ml water, cold
- 1 small can of kidney beans
- 50 g Parmesan, grated
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
with spice base
Drain and rinse the beans. Fry the soy chunks in hot coconut oil. After a short time, add the carrots. Add 300 ml of cold water and stir in the seasoning base. Add the beans and bring to a boil while stirring. Cover and simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Finally, stir in the Parmesan cheese and enjoy.
