Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 250 g tofu, natural
- 1 can kidney beans, approx. 250 g
- 1 can tomatoes, pureed, approx. 500 g
- 1 tbsp oil for frying
- Spice mix for chili
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Crumble the tofu with a fork. Heat the oil and fry the tofu over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add the passata, kidney beans, and seasoning mix as needed. Cover the chili sin carne and cook over low heat for about 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with rice or bread, for example.
