Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 1 onion(s) (vegetable onion)
  • 200 g carrot(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), color doesn’t matter, maybe colorful
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 500 g minced meat (preferably beef)
  • 1 can/n tomatoes, with sauce
  • 1 liter of broth
  • 1 can of corn
  • Sambal Oelek
  • Salt and pepper if necessary

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Brown the minced meat in oil. Then add the diced onion, carrots, and bell peppers, and brown them lightly. Add the tomatoes, sauce, and broth, along with the corn, and let the whole thing simmer for about 20-30 minutes. Season with sambal oelek and salt and pepper, if desired. Serve with a baguette.
