Chili spaghetti with garlic

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500g spaghetti
  • 120 ml olive oil, extra virgin!
  • 3 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 chili pepper(s), red, finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Cook the spaghetti al dente, drain, and return it to the warm pot. About three minutes before the end of the cooking time, heat the olive oil in a pot, add the garlic and chili, and toss over low heat. Pour the flavored oil over the spaghetti, mix well, and serve. Season with black pepper, if desired.
