Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 300 g tagliatelle pasta
- 300 g minced meat, half and half
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 small zucchini
- 4 tomatoes
- 200 g sweet cream
- 200 g crème fraîche
- 200 g cheese (e.g. Edam), grated
- 1 bottle of chili sauce
- Olive oil, or other
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Cook the tagliatelle pasta. Brown the minced meat with the finely diced onion in a little olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Cut the tomatoes and zucchini into small pieces. Place the cooked pasta in a baking dish with the tomatoes and zucchini and mix well. Then spread the minced meat on top. Mix the chili sauce and cream well and pour over the minced meat. Then scatter the crème fraîche over the top in small flakes. Finally, add the cheese and bake in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until the cheese is nice and crispy brown on top.
